Strange Wordpress issue

I'm having a strange issue with Wordpress where it just forgets what the default theme is every 24h or so. To make matters worse, I have been incredibly busy the last few days and likely won't be able to attend to the issue until the weekend.

Has anyone ever encountered this problem before? Know of a quick fix?
