Facebook Marketplace was launched earlier this week. Not currently positioned as a direct competitor to ebay or craigslist, the Facebook Marketplace is specifically designed for the trading of goods within your direct social community.

It excites me to see Facebook beginning to expand their service offerings - here's to hoping they have an IPO sometime soon :)
