After a few months of blogging I decided newmediablogger was too long - who really wants to type a 15 letter domain name? So, I decided to be proactive and initiate a name change.

NewMediaist also sounds more intelligent to me: if the The Economist had a polygamous relationship with Web 2.0 / social media / mobile / interactive / facebook / unconference properties, out would pop a NewMediaist.

Anyways, brand new name, same great taste.
